After you place your order, our Graphics team will create a personalized Dropbox folder for your project. They will then schedule a call with you to discuss your design needs. You can upload any reference images or style inspiration to the folder. Based on this input, the team will develop an initial design. This is a free service.
From there, you’ll enter the creative review phase, where you can request revisions and tweaks until you’re satisfied and ready to approve the final design.
After final approval, we start production – this can take from 3 to 5 business days, then we ship UPS to your location: free shipping.
