By placing an order with Packeze, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before placing your order. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Packeze reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.
All prices listed on our website and in-store are in US $ and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, will be added to your order total at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.

For custom products and bulk orders, specific terms will be outlined in a separate agreement provided at the time of order.
Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.
Packeze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of our products.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased products.
Packeze shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays).
By submitting or uploading any images, logos, designs, or other materials (“Content”) for the purpose of creating custom signs or promotional items, you grant Packeze a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Content in connection with our advertising and promotional activities.
This includes but is not limited to featuring your custom designs or signs in our marketing materials, on our website, social media platforms, and in email campaigns to showcase our products and services.
Packeze may further use your business name and the product created for you as part of our marketing efforts, giving appropriate credit and exposure to your business.
You warrant that you own the rights to the Content you submit and that the use of the Content by Packeze will not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
If you do not wish for your Content to be used in our advertising, you may opt-out by contacting us at [email protected] before or at the time of order.
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

We may share your email address and phone number with our company partners to provide you with exclusive deals and offers from their services or products.
Due to variations in production equipment, minor color differences may occur when reordering customizable print products. While we make every reasonable effort to fulfill reorder jobs using the same printer as the original, this may not always be feasible due to operational or production constraints. By placing a reorder, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of slight color variations
When ordering customizable products, lead times are allocated for both artwork preparation and the commencement of the production cycle. All estimated delivery dates are contingent upon timely client approval of the final artwork. The production and shipping timelines begin only after artwork approval is received. Any delay by the client in providing such approval will directly affect and potentially extend the overall production and delivery schedule. The company shall not be held liable for delays resulting from untimely client responses or approvals.
