Short answer: a 10x10 booth is a 10 ft by 10 ft floor space, 100 sq ft. Indoors, most exhibitors fill it with a branded table cover, a backdrop and one or two banner stands: Packeze packages for that start at $699. Outdoors, or where canopies are allowed, a branded canopy tent package starts at $999. Order at least two weeks before the show, or use rush.
Two ways to fill a 10x10 booth
- Table and backdrop (indoor shows). No tent. You get a printed table cover at the front, a fabric backdrop behind you, and banner stands to the side. It's light, quick to set up, and fits halls that don't allow canopies. Check your show's exhibitor rules.
- Canopy tent package (outdoor events, or shows that allow tents). A custom-printed 10x10 canopy that marks out your whole space, plus flags and a table cover. The Premium version adds walls and banner stands.

Which backdrop width for a 10x10?
A 10 ft backdrop fills the back of a 10x10 booth edge to edge. An 8 ft backdrop leaves a little room at the sides, for example for a banner stand. Both are 7.48 ft tall. Measure your booth's back wall and check the show's height limit.
Setup
- Tension fabric backdrop: the polyester fabric stretches over an aluminum frame; assembly is tool-free. It packs into the included carry case.
- Retractable banners: pull the graphic up out of the base, attach the support pole, done. It takes seconds and no tools.
- Canopy tent: a 40 mm hex aluminum pop-up frame with the printed canopy, carried in a roller case. Outdoors, use the free ground spikes and ropes, or sandbags on hard ground.
Your 10x10 booth checklist
- Booth space confirmed and the show's rules read (canopies allowed? height limit?)
- Backdrop or back wall: your brand at eye level and above
- Table cover: 6 ft is the most common show table, but check what the venue supplies
- One or two banner stands for your key message or a QR code

How far ahead to order
- Standard: up to 7 business days of production after proof approval, then free UPS Ground (about 3–5 days). Allow two weeks or more.
- Rush: available on the 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20 canopy tent packages. Production takes about 2 business days for $199 on a 10x10, and overnight shipping is $299 for orders approved before 12 PM CST. The table-and-backdrop packages use standard production.
