Before you order.
Can I spread the cost with Packeze Easy Pay?
Yes. Packeze runs Easy Pay directly, with 0% interest, 100% approval and no traditional credit check. Pay by credit card or ACH. Choose two payments of 50%, a 50% deposit followed by two payments of 25%, or four equal payments of 25%. Payment intervals depend on your selected plan; all plans must be paid in full within 60 days.
A $99 processing fee is added to your invoice. All payments are non-refundable, and production starts only after final payment is received. Plan your payment schedule around your event date and confirm production and delivery timing with our team. See Packeze Easy Pay plans and full terms.
Do I need my own artwork?
Free design services are included with display packages. After ordering, use the design intake link to send your logo, brand colors, text and references. Already have artwork? Ask our team about the correct template.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. The package ordering process includes design, review and approval before production. You can request revisions during the review stage.
How soon can I receive my display?
The 10 × 10 ft Standard Package page lists 3–5 business days for production and 2–5 for U.S. shipping. Confirm when production starts and the timing for your exact order with our team. Event dates help us plan; entering one does not guarantee delivery. Ask about your date.
What comes with the 10 × 10 ft tent package?
The Standard Package includes the printed canopy, 40mm hex aluminum frame, two 7ft single-sided feather flags with frame mounts, a 6ft FlexFit table cover, roller carry case, ground spikes and ropes. Walls are optional upgrades. The table itself is not listed as included.
Can I buy a canopy without a frame?
Yes. Build Your Own Tent offers tent fabric only, starting at $299. Check compatibility with your existing frame before ordering. A tent and frame configuration starts at $749.
