To reduce the impact of ground water, the main power connection is placed near the upper side leg and under the canopy coverage area. However, please avoid using it in heavy rain or wet conditions. Keep the adapter, plug, and connection points dry, ventilated, and properly protected.
Q: What if there is no power outlet outdoors?
A: You may use a camping-style portable power station. Before use, please confirm that the power station can support the LED canopy tent adapter requirement. The LED system uses 24V DC input, and the supplied adapter is rated up to 96W output power. The LED system total power is 72W.
Q. How many sandbags are included with my tent?
A: 10' x 10' and 10' x 15' tents include 4 sandbags, while 10' x 20' tents include 6 sandbags when selected.
Q: Are the LED lights built into the canopy fram
A: Yes. The LED light strips are already built into the canopy frame, so there is no need to install separate light strips. Set up the frame and canopy top as usual, then connect the main power supply on the side leg to turn on the lights.
Q: What should I do if the lights do not turn on?
A: Please first check whether the power source, plug, adapter, and connection points are properly connected. If all connections are correct but the lights still do not turn on, please send photos or a short video to our support team so we can help troubleshoot the issue.
Q: Is it normal for the power adapter to get warm?
A: A slight increase in temperature is normal during operation, because part of the electrical power is converted into heat. Please keep the adapter area dry, ventilated, and uncovered. If the adapter becomes too hot to touch, produces a burning smell, causes the lights to flicker, or makes the plug/socket area unusually hot, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales support.
Q: Can the LED light parts be replaced if they fail?
A: Yes. If the LED light strip is confirmed to be damaged due to a non-human cause within one year, we can provide the corresponding replacement part. Please send clear photos or videos so we can confirm the issue and assist with the next step.
Q: Can the LED frame be used with a regular canopy top?
A: Yes. The LED canopy frame can be used with a regular canopy top of the same frame size and tube specification. The printed canopy top size is shared when the frame specifications match.
Q: Will the built-in lights affect normal folding or setup?
A: No. The LED light strips are integrated into the frame structure and do not affect normal opening, folding, or installation.
